Declaration of Rededication to the Constitution of the United States of America
We the People of the United States who profess loyalty to the Constitution of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do commit ourselves to the Constitution of the United States of America and its governance and principles of liberty, free enterprise, limited government, and power distributed to the individual people and states as much as possible, and give the Federal Government authority to protect our borders, our sovereignty, our lives, and our individual liberty.
Thomas Jefferson justified seceding from British rule and creating an independent country with these words:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed, by their Creator, with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.
That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. We find the current administration and the Democrat Party to be guilty of a long train of abuses and usurpations, lies and propaganda designed to replace our free Democratic Republic with a Marxist/Socialist Autocracy.
We charge the current administration and the leaders of this conspiracy with the following list of abuses and acknowledge that more exist, too numerous to list.
• Colluding with the DNC, the FBI, Fusion GPS, an FBI ex-foreign spy to create a false document, leak the document to the media so that the FBI could then declare a public concern, knowingly using a false document to obtain a FISA warrant and extensions 4 times under false pretenses
• Using the FBI and a false document to justify spying on political opponents and US citizens
• Impeaching President Trump with illegal procedures, lies
• Impeaching President Trump with illegal procedures, lies again
• Inciting and supporting false witness in Congress against President Trump
• Lying to and in congress
• Spreading lies about political opponents with a colluding media monopoly
• Using lies and the media to paint their political opponents as “extremists” and “insurgents” so that they can bypass laws for US citizens and use harsh terrorist laws against them
• Colluding with oligarchs (Facebook, Twitter) to allow a monopoly of common communication carriers, denying the free speech and livelihood to US citizens, and denying opportunity to competitors and political opponents.
• Conspiring to manipulate immigration laws to gain politically by allowing perceived democrat voters (Latin Americans) in and keeping perceived republican voters (Cuba) out
• Refusing to enforce Federal laws and refusing to cooperate with Federal Agencies (Sanction Cities, ICE)
• Conspiring to destroy our historic leaders, statues, memories, school curriculum, and all promotion of our country’s principles and accomplishments, and replacing them with Marxist and Socialistic principles and authoritarian demands.
• Colluding with Teachers Unions in a Quid Pro Quo arrangement to tear down our country, its constitution, its founders and heroes, its culture and its memories, manufacture lies that harm the reputation of the United States and promote and fund the Democrat leaders’ campaigns using union dues. The unions receive political favor and monopolistic and unilateral power to demand dues and to install a curriculum of their destructive agenda in return.
• Destroying law enforcement by defunding police departments
• Purifying the National Guard and the military of all “extremists”, who are their political opponents
• Methodically employing propaganda and lies, and spreading them with the collusion of a conspiring media that attack our country, their political opponents and promote themselves and a Marxist-Socialistic replacement of our constitution
• Aiding and abetting insurgents, Marxists and anarchists by limiting police powers against rioters, calling for and carrying out police defunding, refusing to enforce laws and protect citizens, ignoring and changing bail laws, raising bail money for them while the protesters burn, loot, declare zones free of the country’s laws, and demand to “burn the system down”.
• Inciting and supporting false witnesses against political opponents at critical times before elections, and against appointees such as Supreme Court Justices Bret Cavanaugh and Amy Barrett.
• Illegally changing election laws
• Supporting and promoting election fraud
• Refusing to do their sworn duty to the Constitution by knowingly breaking immigration laws and allowing and aiding covid-19 infected aliens into the US illegally without the same emergency safety constrictions as US citizens against COVID-19
• Refusing to do their sworn duty to the Constitution by knowingly breaking immigration laws and allowing unfettered invasion of aliens, including murderers, drug dealers, terrorists, rapists and child molesters.

In light of these charges and clear intent of the current administration to replace our Democratic Republic rule with Marxist and Socialist authoritarian rule, we, the undersigned, hereby deny allegiance to the current administration and declare the Democrat party to be in enmity to the Constitution and the Democratic Republic and thereby have lost the consent of the governed in the United States of America. We declare the Free States of America as the official country governance and defender of the Constitution and government of the United States of America and give notice of the following intentions to all citizens of the United States of America. We will:
I. Designate borders to separate the Free States of America from those who choose the Socialist/Marxist Democrat Party, based on the consent of the governed and the demographics of the voting population. Existing state, city and county borders will be used as much as possible, since those that support and demand Socialist and Marxist and Racist rules somewhat naturally separate by fairly defined governmental jurisprudence, (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Minneapolis, New York City, Chicago). Crossing the borders will require an accepted form of passport. For a period of time, borders will not go into effect until the citizens declare their allegiance to one side or the other and state their intention to locate within the borders of their choice. Living within the Free States of America will require signing a pledge of allegiance to the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the principles of a free people under a Democratic Republic.
A. (Alternative) Each state votes to be part of The Free States of America or not. Those in the Free States must pledge their allegiance to the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the principles of a free people under a Democratic Republic in order to vote in the Free States.
B. (Alternative) Each county is granted choice and border delineated contiguously as much as possible.
C. Have “Open House” for a time and allow all individuals, groups, states to pledge citizenship to the Free States and then draw borders accordingly.
II. Recruit, accept and honor all police and military that have been disenfranchised and dishonored by current administrations and employ them to protect and serve in The Free States of America. We also welcome any other police and military that prefer to serve in The Free States of America.
III. Protect the borders of the Free States of America. The wall between Mexico and The Free States of America will be completed and lawful immigration will be restored. Cuban refugees will be granted asylum. All borders will be protected from people illegally entering the Free States of America.
IV. Build a school system based on choice, and any funding residing with the student’s guardian to accompany the student to the school of their choice.
V. Cease all taxes required from the current administration and install the Fair Tax bill as the process for collecting taxes for the citizens of the Free States of America, to be applied towards the Free States of America.
VI. Reemphasize the Right to Bear Arms and declare that this right includes the responsibility to protect the bearer’s fellow citizens from harm, to be trained in essential basic police and military procedures to do so, and be trained in safety and maintenance of his firearm.
VII. Declare a location of a new capitol for the Free States of America.
