The Last Straw
When the government strays from the constitution’s basic principles of life, liberty and justice and commits any of the following abuses, and refuses to admit their abuse of power or submit their actions to the Constitution, that government administration has forfeited its authority as the legal representative of the people of the United States.
The following abuses by our government are not acceptable to the United States Constitution.
• denies equal justice under the law
• denies due process under the law
• stifles the discourse of free speech and communication in the public forums or private
• sanctions or supports organizations that do
• disables free enterprise and opportunity to individuals by allowing monopolies of entities in one or more industries
• abuses their legal powers to punish or silence political opponents
When these abuses cause harm to and threaten our country, our lives, or freedom to the pursuit of happiness, we declare ourselves free from its power and laws and influence, and swear allegiance to the Constitution of the United States and reserve the right to reform the government by those who swear allegiance to the United States Constitution and the spirit of limited government, solving all issues at the most disbursed level of authority, starting with the self, then community, city, county, state and the last resort, the Federal government, in order to preserve the most freedom and authority possible to the individual citizens.
